Berlín/Londres (CNN Business) -- La mayor economía de Europa se está quedando oficialmente sin gas natural y está intensificando un plan de crisis para preservar los suministros de cara al invierno mientras Rusia cierra los grifos.

Alemania activó este jueves la segunda fase de su programa de emergencia de gas en tres etapas, acercándose un poco más al racionamiento de los suministros a la industria, un paso que supondría un gran golpe para el corazón manufacturero de su economía.
